Lucy was highly organised, giving an idea of how the timings would work on the day straight away which was really helpful. At the trial, she managed to perfectly create the image I'd had in my head for my bridal hair. This meant I was so relaxed going into the wedding morning as I knew how everything would work. My bridesmaids also really liked Lucy. They found her a calming presence and really loved their hair. Lucy also stayed to do final touches and helped with my veil to ensure everything looked perfect just before we walked down the aisle. Thank you for all your help Lucy!
