Lois made our delicious lemon and blueberry wedding cake for our small wedding in May this year. I met Lois beforehand to discuss what we wanted regarding flavours and style. Lois is very professional and welcoming. She provided sample tasting cakes for us to try which were equally delicious. Lois delivered and set up our cake at the hotel where our reception was being held and everything went perfectly. Everyone enjoyed the cake and we would highly recommend her and her baking! We have ordered two cakes from Lois in the last year- a wedding cake and, just recently, a 40th birthday cake. Both have looked stunning and tasted absolutely delicious. The process of ordering and arranging delivery was very easy and reliable. Lois takes great pride in her cakes. When she delivered the cakes she took time to show us how to store and serve the cakes in the best possible way. All our guestes have been delighted and I recommend her company without reservation.
