Super helpful and knowledgable, gave her a rubbish brief with very little info and she delivered something beautiful! My mother in law was absolutely delighted and the cake was delicious, everyone gave 5 stars and had seconds and thirds… great communication, great timings and have already passed her number on to a friend to use. Highly recommended and would definitely use again 🩷 Ordered a cake for my son’s first birthday party from Hajni and was so delighted with the cake and overall service that I received. The cake looked and tasted amazing; received so many compliments from our guests! Would not hesitate to order another celebration cake from Hajni in the future, 10/10 service! 😊 I ordered a cake for mine and my FH’s engagement party in January and it was absolutely incredible!! We went with the salted caramel, chocolate & vanilla and coconut flavours and they went down an absolute treat. Everyone had some cake at the party and loads of people took extra slices home because of how delicious it was! The flavours were delightfully mild and not at all overpowering as cakes often are, and the design was beautiful. It was very easy to organise because Hajni understood exactly what I wanted and executed it to perfection, and we can’t wait to see what she makes for our wedding!! 🥰

Being a couple who are not most comfortable around a camera we were hesitant to book a maternity photoshoot for our first born but from the second we met Liz she made us feel relaxed and at ease. The photos were even more perfect than what we had hoped for, and from then on we knew Liz was the perfect person to capture all of our special moments. We have now had six sessions with Liz in total from maternity and newborn to first birthdays for both of our children and she has always welcomed us with warmth, kindness and made us feel so comfortable. She is fabulous with children and when recently doing our youngest’s first birthday still made our oldest feel special when she wanted to be the star of the show too. When attending for our newborn sessions fresh into parenthood she never made us feel rushed and always went at ours/our newborns pace helping out wherever she could. The photos Liz has produced for us are all we had hoped for and more, and each time we are so pleased when looking through our gallery and find it so hard to choose our favourites as they are all outstanding. The print quality is perfect and all of the little added touches from Liz are so thoughtful and make you feel special. Liz not only cares about her work, but the people she works with too and that’s just what we needed in a photographer. We have already booked Liz for our wedding in 2027 and can’t wait to work with her again and see how she captures our special day. She was very friendly, organised, and directed us so well for our couple shots when we aren't particularly comfortable in front of the camera! We are so happy with the preview photos she sent the day after the wedding, and can't wait to see the full gallery :) Our experience with Liz was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she created an atmosphere that was warm, calm, and genuinely welcoming. Her ability to put us at ease made the entire session feel effortless and enjoyable. I actually ended up falling in love with the very first dress I tried on, and it was such a reasonable price! Michelle also gave excellent recommendations on where to get it tailored, and kept in touch after to wish me well for my wedding day which was so thoughtful. Would absolutely recommend Lily Francis Bridal! I had a great time at Lily Francis Bridal. The experience was really good, and Michelle made me feel very comfortable. It felt like she was actually invested in my wedding and getting to know me. She was able to help me articulate my thoughts (which was no small feat!) and make suggestions to match what I was looking for. I can really see why she is so highly recommended! There was a really good range of dresses and the prices were easily visible for anyone on a tighter budget, and there were a lot of options for adaptations to be made. There was also no pressure to buy that day which I was incredibly appreciative of as a very indecisive person. Michelle who runs Lily Francis is absolutely amazing, she's helpful and patient and gives great advice. Her shop is lovely and offers a selection of both off the peg and designer dresses in very good prices. During my appointment I felt relaxed and well looked after. I found a lovely dress at her shop and she was extremely helpful with finding out all the information about alterations that I needed. Even though I finally decided to buy my dress elsewhere, she was lovely and helpful throughout. I can genuinely recommend!
