Let’s go back, back to the beginning...

The Hills alum revealed she married businessman Domenic “Dom” Natale in an intimate ceremony on July 20, and shared that she’s expecting their first child.

LOVE STORY: Lo Bosworth met her husband, Dom Natale, when his sisters reached out to her on Instagram after seeing she had posted that she was single. His family set them up, and they began dating, leading to their engagement in January 2025 and marriage later that year.

“Getting married at home in Laguna felt right for us, inviting, calming, and full of love,” Lo told People in an interview published July 28. “We’ve both been in NYC for about 15 years, and for me, going home to Laguna to get married feels very full-circle.”

A pregnancy inspired elegance

Her pregnancy also reshaped their wedding plans in the most joyful way.

“We wanted our wedding to reflect where we are in life right now,” the 38-year-old, who is four months along, explained. “Before starting our fertility journey, we imagined a big New York City wedding. But once our family plans got underway, we decided on something that would be perfect if I was lucky enough to get pregnant: an intimate celebration at home with our closest family.”

As they exchanged traditional vows, Bosworth wore a custom wedding dress designed and tailored by Hailey Desjardins. She handled her own hair and makeup, with styling guidance from Thomas Carter Phillips, while Natale looked sharp in a Brunello Cucinelli suit.

"When we set our date in July, we didn’t know if our planned IVF cycle would be successful. I bought a dress (or two) early on in the hopes one would still work if we got lucky," Bosworth says.

"Three weeks before my wedding, nothing fit and I put into a call to my stylist friend, Thomas Carter Phillips, who works with an incredibly talented tailor, Hailey Desjardins, to build me a dress from scratch." She continues:

"At that point, I was more than three months pregnant, had gained weight from the transfer medications and was starting to show. We decided a classic look that accentuated my bump would be best. My finished dress got delivered at 8 p.m. the night before I left for our wedding, and I could not be more grateful to Tommy and Hailey for saving me in one the most extreme pinches of my life."

A laid back micro-wedding

“We could take off our shoes, stretch out, enjoy great food and the beautiful décor and relax.”

“When your reception is in your backyard and you invite guests to jump in the pool, you need to be laid back about it all,” the Love Wellness founder detailed. “We wanted an understated, but colourful luncheon that felt inviting instead of stuffy.”

The party, which took place at her parents’ home, felt “elevated, unique and special,” she noted, with “just the right touch of fun.”

"Gorgeous florals" were a non-negotiable for the couple's celebration. Gary Samuelian executed the striped design and stunning arrangements "perfectly." Adding "just the right touch of fun" was a mix-and-match of colourful china, drinkware and florals "in unexpected places."

As a thoughtful keepsake, guests also received personalized towels embroidered with their names.

After saying “I do,” Bosworth and Natale shared their first dance to Aretha Franklin’s 1962 classic, “Kissin’ by the Mistletoe.” Even though the wedding took place in the summer, Bosworth chose the winter-themed song as a nod to the Natale family name, which means Christmas in Italian, and because she and Natale first met during the holidays a few years ago.

Dinner featured Mexican cuisine served family-style, followed by dessert with slices from five wedding cakes: lemon poppy seed, brown sugar cheesecake, flourless chocolate, carrot, and hummingbird.
